Driving directions from Sangster International Airport: Take the main road leading from the airport west towards Negril and continue until the signs to the property. The hotel is on the right.

Getting there: The most popular way is by complimentary shuttle van. After going through customs, guests stop at the hotel’s desk (shared with Sandals Negril Beach Resort) and attendants arrange transportation. Taxis and rental cars are more than $36 USD. Fees subject to change without notice. Rental cars are available online.

Getting around: Guests can travel to the sister resort of Beaches Negril on complimentary shuttles. For other shopping and dining outside the property, guests usually take taxis into Negril. The hotel can arrange 2-hour taxi tours to 3 shopping areas in Negril for $5–15 USD per person. Fees subject to change without notice. Taxis and minivans can be flagged down or called, but only those with red Public Passenger Vehicle (PPV) plates should be used. Local buses and private taxis are not recommended for safety reasons. Driving is not recommended for those unaccustomed to fast traffic on the left side of the road.

Teppanyaki Restaurant - Japanese cuisine prepared at grill-tables by chef/entertainers. Bamboo walls. Bamboo gardens visible through windows. Air conditioning. Dinner six nights per week. Reservations required. Dress code: long pants, collared shirt, closed-toe leather shoes (no athletic shoes) for men, casual-elegant dress for women.

Amenity highlights: Graced by almond and palm trees and furnished with lounge chairs and thatch shades, a 1,400-foot beachfront that runs 200 feet deep in places provides ample sunbathing and fun-and-games space on sand fine as sugar and nearly as white next to the turquoise Caribbean Sea. Complimentary kayaks, windsurfers, Hobie Wave sailboats, Sunfish sailboats, and snorkeling gear are available. Waterskiing, knee boarding, banana boating, and scuba diving and snorkeling excursions are also complimentary. A huge trampoline raft lies just off shore. An expansive main pool area includes a raised deck containing a 10-person ocean-view spa. A second, good-size pool lies in a quieter area. Both offer swim-up bars.

Organized family activities at pools and on the beach are available all day, beginning with a morning power walk and including hat-making lessons, Latin dancing at a beach bandstand, "aqualympics" competitions, and parent-child scavenger hunts. After-dark activities include dancing in Nicole's Disco, staff-presented shows in the resort's amphitheater, karaoke, singalong piano gatherings, jazz and reggae sessions, limbo contests, and bingo.

An open-air fitness center offers free weights, cardio and weight machines, and an aerobics area. A round spa surrounded by a wood deck provides soaking space for 10 in a quiet courtyard outside the center. This area also includes a massage center and a beauty salon. Other resort facilities include three coin-operated laundries, two complimentary Internet-connected computers, and an open-air space containing slot machines.

Roundtrip airport transportation will be provided by the Beaches Resort. Arrangements can be made at the SuperClubs Resort desk at the Sangster International Airport upon arrival.
